We want you to love your Art Decor Glass lamp. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and send the item back within a further 14 days.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and well packed, ideally in the original packaging. Hand-blown glass is fragile, so please wrap it carefully. Return postage is paid by the customer and we recommend a tracked, insured service.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit or faulty

Every lamp is packed by hand, but glass can occasionally break on the way. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay anything for the return.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Items made to your own specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
