Every Art Decor Glass lamp is packed by hand and sent from London, United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Made-to-order items may take longer and we will tell you the expected date when you order.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. As a guide, UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, and international orders within 5 to 15 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

International orders

We ship to many countries, including the EU, the USA and Canada. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Fragile items

Glass is carefully wrapped and protected for the journey, and higher-value parcels are insured. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right. See our Refund policy for details.
